Do you have Silver hardware?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer silver hardware. We may be able to offer this in the future so keep an eye out on our instagram page for updates!
Can I customise my collar and leash set?

Absolutely! We can customise any tag, leash or collar. Use our custom order form to give us an idea of your preferred design and we would be happy to work with you to create something beautiful. Custom orders have a turn around time up to six weeks and will be invoiced in advance.
What is the process for a custom order?

We typically open up our custom orders once every two months, depending on our workload. This will be announced on our socials, as well as the website link will become live. Once you have filled in a custom order form, you will be sent an invoice. Once payment has been processed, your order is confirmed. Please allow up to six weeks from this time as some materials are ordered from overseas.
Can you attach a name plate to my existing collar?

Unfortunately no. However, our tiny and medium sized nameplates can be sold separately for you to attach yourself. Please send us a message via our contact form if you have any questions prior to purchase.
