SHIPPING POLICY

Our leash, collar and tag sets are made to order, therefore please allow up to two weeks from your date of purchase for your order to be shipped. For all other in-stock products, please allow one to two days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the customised nature of our leash, collar and name tags, we are unable to offer returns on customised products. This does not apply to faulty items.

Travelling Tails does not recommend our leashes or longlines are used for tethering dogs to fixed objects. Items which have been used for this purpose will not be covered under warranty.
